Welcome to Westfield Bowls Club

Westfield Bowls Club

Our green and clubhouse are situated in Westfield, East Sussex, opposite the church. We have around 40 playing members as well as a number of social members.

During the summer months, we play league matches in the Rother League and friendly matches against most of the other clubs in the area.

We have roll ups, i.e. practices at 2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, from May to September.  Please feel free to come along.  We have spare bowls, so you only require soft flat shoes.

Over winter, we usually arrange quizzes, dances and other social events, and the Clubhouse is open on Wednesdays from 2-4pm for a chat and a cuppa (only £1).

  • Roll Ups

    Roll Ups start on 28 Apr and every Tuesday and Friday afternoon at 2pm until the end of the season, weather and matches/tournaments excepted. Please arrive no later than 1.40pm to allow time for rink selections etc.

  • Practice/Open Day

    Club Practice Day Saturday 25th April 2pm

  • No Cuppa & Chat 18 Mar

    Please note that there will be NO CUPPA AND CHAT on 18 Mar

  • Teddy Bear Sale

    The total raised from the Bacon Butty morning and the Teddy Bear sale was £748. Thanks to everyone who helped, and especially Phil Brown who donated the teddies.

  • Mixed Open Triples

    Friday 31 Jul 2026.

    Max 12 teams. Entries first come, first served!

    Only £45 per team including a full afternoon tea.
