Welcome to Westfield Bowls Club

Our green and clubhouse are situated in Westfield, East Sussex, opposite the church. We have around 40 playing members as well as a number of social members.

During the summer months, we play league matches in the Rother League and friendly matches against most of the other clubs in the area.

We have roll ups, i.e. practices at 2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, from May to September. Please feel free to come along. We have spare bowls, so you only require soft flat shoes.

Over winter, we usually arrange quizzes, dances and other social events, and the Clubhouse is open on Wednesdays from 2-4pm for a chat and a cuppa (only £1).

Teddy Bears for sale

The remaining teddy bears will be offered for sale at Eastbourne BC soon, in aid of the Chestnut Tree House (Children’s Hospice Care), so if anybody wants one beforehand, please let Sharon know asap.
Bacon Butty / Coffee Morning
The Bacon Butty / Coffee morning raised £458 with an additional £115 for teddy bears. The remaining teddies will be sold in the New Year. Weel done to everyone involved. There are some photos in the gallery (under Social).
Green Maintenance
Starts Monday 22 Sep and then daily until complete. Bring a garden fork.
